Ok. Time to solve this problem once and for all.

Before we start here are my spec and everything I have tried:

Specs

ATi x1900xt
2 gig rams
SATA 120gb HD
Abit 3200 crossfire mobo
AMD 4200+ dual core
Power supply = 650w

Ok. Now I have tried all of the following:

Updating my video card driver
Defraging me entire HD
spybot AND windows defender
and for the flickering I made sure that monitor resolution/refresh rate were the same as in game.

I just cant for the life of me figure out why I am lagging in game. I'll just be in a team arena PvP game and it will do the little half second lag/skip thing. Does this a bunch of times everygame even though my system is well beyond qualified to run everything on ultra mega high.

I would also really like to get rid of the screen flickering where it flickers black everytime you load something. My monitor resolution and game resolution are the exact same, both their refresh rates are set to 60hz and V-sync is on as well. dunno why it keeps flickers.

For those of you who are going to say I have video card problems its not that. I ran 3D Mark and my card scored on par with the others like it. It does get up to 80degrees C, but hey, ATis always run hot.
