Switches and target fields.........
Hi guys,
I just got nightfall today and the loading times for areas is killing me so im trying to use one of these switch things (http://www.guildwarsguru.com/forum/s...ad.php?t=94814) to speed things up, specifically the "C:\Program Files\Guild Wars\Gw.exe” -image one but when i enter it onto the shortcut tab it says that its not a vaid target....... I know this is probably easy fixed but i have no idea....... Can someone tell me where im going wrong? cheers in advance |

Make sure you have a space between the Gw.exe" and the -image
|

also be sure to take it back off once it is done updating...either that or create a new shortcut that points only to gw.exe
Thats what i do. I have 2 shortcuts one that runs the game and one with the -image switch. that way when there is a game update I just logout run the update shortcut and log back in...that way i almost always have the latest version of everything. |
