Default Terrain looks hideous and blocky

Well when I first started playing guildwars my terrain graphics were fine all grasses ,dirts ,mountains were normal. Then I started getting into Battlefield 2 so I bought a new Graphic card cause mine was too lame for it. I was bored one day and decided to play guildwars now the terrain for some odd reason looks ugly, blocky and cubicy, all the other graphics are fine but the terrain. Wierder thing is when I change one graphic option the terrain looks beautiful again. So basically everytime I load a map I have to change the graphics once to make the game look better. This is getting annoying any suggestions on how to fix this?

OLD GRAPHIC CARD - Radeon 9200
NEW GRAPHIC CARD- Geforce6600Le (btw it runs Battlefield smoothly )

I have the EXACT same problem.
I've got a GeForce 7300 LE
2048 RAM (something like that, its over 2k at least.)
AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 5000+

When I enter any area all the terrain is in squares and looks awful, but when i change any graphics option (and switch back) it becomes normal.

Any solutions?

Ugh, I hate when that happens. Also, in some parts with raised ground (like hills), my characters feet seem to be lost in the blocky 3D terrain.

I thought it was just the game unable to catch up to the running speed but come on, it happens everywhere.

You can up your virtual memory in BIOS?
