Ok, First off, Im not computer Savvy, so please speak in laymans terms.

I recetly got an Alienware Desktop. For a week, it was fine. However, when i tried to turn it on tonight, the fan turned on, and the lights lit up. The monitor turned on and displayed "No Signal" then shut off. My Mouse and Keyboard both do not light up or respond. The computer is still on but I have no idea whats happening.

Please Help!

Where GW fits there? I think AlienWare give phone support, you should call them. You must have a Guarantee or something, maybe fixing yourself will ruin it.

Check to see if your monitor, keyboard, and mouse cables came unplugged from the back of the computer. Just follow them from the mouse, keyboard, and monitor to make sure they're plugged in. Sometimes a computer can be jarred and the cables can become disconnected as a result.

If they're not plugged in, just plug them in again. If they are plugged in...well, someone better with computers than me can help you out

Really all that you can do is check your cables and see if they have come loose. If you really aren't savvy, now isn't the time to be cracking open the case. More than likely they will claim you voided the warranty when you opened it. If you open the case, DO NOT tell them that you did. They will not know that you did unless you altered the wiring or something like that.

Best bet is to contact Alienware and send it back to them for support, or they may have a local repair center you can take it too.

They probabilly put a seal inside, so whenever you open the seal will break and they'll know u opened the PC.
