I don't exactly know what it does, but if you look like.. really good to your screen, you'll see some very, I repeat, very small changes.

No it doesn't! I still get back way over 150fps with it turned on.

Post-process effects make the screen wig out when you're drunk and when you're in Kamadan turn it on and off and you will see a difference, the screen gets a sharper image when it's off but when it's on it looks smooth/blurry.

It does a number of things, one of the more noticeable places I have found is outside of LA. In the swamp, turn it off and on, there is quite a difference iirc. Imo, it makes the game look better for the most part. But to each his own.

That is what I noticed, and my FPS dropped from about 40 to 37 with it turned on in town.

The post-processing effects add "glow" to bright objects in the game. Go out into Mineral Springs or onto the beach in Kryta and turn it off and on.. you'll see the difference. I always play with it on, it really adds a lot of detail and beauty to the game environment.

Hmm... I usually get 170-190 FPS but when i turn it on it drops all the way to 90. I don't know what kind of super computer you're running...
