Default Showing OFFLINE and the dreaded err7 follows

Over the last few days I have had a recurring problem with disconnection issues.
My guild mates use the guild chat to tell me i'm showing as off line.
I check the roster and sure enough its greyed out as off line.
I press N and use the reconnect button to log back in again. After a few minutes its back to being off line again.
Now this would normally cause little to no problem, but if i try to leave an area or map to he guild hall etc it loads the next screen and stays at 0% load.
After a few minutes of staring at my monitor hopeing and praying that it will load correctly. Bang the err7 message comes up.
I have to log back in try and continue again. One of the strange things is it only happens in the evening when GW traffic is at its busiest. I have no problems through the day. Only evenings. 18:00hrs to 22:00hrs
This is also happening to some of the other guild members.
Does anyone have any idea how to correct this problem?
Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks.
