My guild leader (aka my best friend) was planning a GvG today, but when he and a guildie got on PvP chars today, they noticed about half of their skills were locked. He asked me to take a look at his account for him, and I found this:

His account age, proving that he had Prophecies:

Locked skills:

Says account does not have access to Prophecies:

*note* He had a few empty character slots, which are now missing as well.

Missing Access Key:

This not only happened to him, but one of our guildies as well. Is it a glitch?

This seems to be a new f***-up. This guy lost his Faction key.

Hi there,

Their best option is to contact our support team if they have not already. They should include as much information about their accounts as possible (username - but not password - and the access keys used, if possible). Someone will investigate the issue and let you know what the issue is.
