Default Party Window Screws Up

Hi im usually pretty good at solving PC problems, but this one im kinda stumped on because it isnt inherently a PC problem.

Everytime im in a mission area (not an outpost e.g kamadan is fine), or my guild hall, and i add someone to my party, the party member's name appears OVER THE TOP of the buttons below the party assembly section. The only way to fix it is to max the party, whereupon the party selection disappears entirely and i cant see anyone, except using the search function.

At no point will the party window increase in size, it just overlaps the party members so that i cant hit the buttons for example to enter mission. Should i fully remove and reinstall GW, or is there an option in options that i have simply overlooked? the entire rest of the game is fine. No other problems. Just that one.

Software glitch. Send ANET a report via www.plaync.com

Also, try reinstalling GWs and downloading a fresh version of the GW.dat. It will be a pain in the arse, but it is worth it sometimes.
