Default blurry mission map after reinstall xp/vista

Hi guys,

i just had a hd crash, so i had to reinstall my whole system to a new hd.
I have a dual boot system with win xp and vista, just freshly installed as of today.

However odd this may seem, i suddenly get a blurry mission map in both windows versions. Here is a pic of how it looks like...

I use a GeForce 7950gx2 watercooled, an AMD 64 X2 4400+ also watercooled, and 2G RAM
I changed nothing in the nvidia graphics tab yet, both are installed with the standard settings...

Can anyone tell me what i need to do to get my mission map normal again?

I believe you zoomed in the Mission Map. Simply click on the Mission Map and scroll back with your mouse scroll.

You must be joking, right? even if i zoomed in 100%, the map has never been this blurry before...

How can anyone expect to get a grandmaster cartographer title with this kind of map?
