Default Laptop performance question

I'm looking at a laptop with the following specs atm (others pretty irrelevant)

would this be able to run GW on highest settings at around 40 fps (on vista?)

Intel® Core™ 2 Duo Processor T7200 (2.16GHz, 667MHz FSB, 4MB L2 Cache)
2048MB 667MHz DDR2 SDRAM (2-1024MB modules)
80GB 7200rpm Serial ATA hard drive5
17.1" WUXGA TFT Active Matrix (1920 x 1200 max. resolution) NVIDIA GeForce Go 7900 GS Graphics w/ 256MB DDR Video Memory
120 Watt AC Adapter

Thanks in advance

That system should run it just fine on max settings at probably more than 40fps . I haven't tried vista, but if a GeForce Go 6600 can give you 40fps under xp with 512MB ram and 1.63GHz single core processor all effects enabled and 2x AA resolution: 1280x800, i don't see why your system wouldn't give you 40fps and probably more.

Fairly close in specs to my system and yes you can run it with no problems at max settings.
