Default Error Code 058

It says my FireWall or Router may be blocking GW from running. [Once I try to sign in at the main screne]

I dont know how to view my fire walls or edit my router to accept those certain ports.

First thing, what firewall are you using?

EDIT: what router are you using too?

i kind of get the same problem...i get d/c from friends list all the time, when i log back in, it says Network error 58

Fire=Macafee
Modem=Netgear..im on thhe wirelss end, but my bro has problems to..he has the actual router

Have you tried actually shutting down your firewall to see if the problem goes away? If so then the firewall needs to be adjusted.

I take it from your post you use the wireless access and he's actually hard-wired into the router?
