Default What is a good imagineing program?

What is good imagineing program other than those mentioned in the screen shot forum like picassa?I am haveing a hard time focusing and when I zoom out from my Monk.I have a some good screen shots but have a hard time focising in on it when I zoom out to see her fully.It is ok when I zoom in fro the knees up or waist.Thanks

and btw no Photoshop or Elements

Photoshop or elements?
Elements is a version of Photoshop
Gimp is a good program and its free, just search for it on Google.
