My computer is getting slower in a rapid pace and for no appearant reason, a few days ago the thing ran fine and all of a sudden i was lagging immensely, it took a computer restart to get it back to normal but it happens again a few moment later. And now my computer is getting slower all the time, with the immense lag rearing its ugly head every now and then.

I tried running a virus scan and two spyware scans, defragmented the disk twice and removed some stuff to make alot of room available, all this didnt help.

Dous anyone know what im dealing with here and how i get it out?Im also curious about how i got it.

Edit: After running a second AdAware scan i noticed the spyware and where it was from..12 spyware came from the Browser cache, the Internet Explorer Cache to be exact, some sort of data miner appearantly..im not sure if this is right but i get the feeling that i need to wipe the cache clean to get rid of this, dous anyone know how to do this?This is the first time ive had to do it.

seems you've done most things i can think about. cleaning internet explorer cache is done from "internet options", which you'll find by clicking the "tools" drop down menu thing, if you're using internet explorer 7 you should just be able to click the "delete" button under browsing history, in the first tab, "general".
hope you understand what i'm saying, feels like i'm mostly rambling lol sry. alos if i were you i'd get mozilla firefox, a slightly safer browser
