For those of you still having this turn your graphic settings in F11 down and it will increase you FPS as I found this on this support site.

When you're experiencing bad lag, try exiting gw and running "gw.exe -diag" (maybe set up a separate shortcut so you can quickly do this). This will perform ping tests to ANet's servers, and this show you exactly where the lag is coming from. Then, contact NCSoft support and submit this report to them so they can start investigating the issue.

I also experience the same lag as you all. I run a high end computer with Windows Vista and i have a router. I tried everything from reinstalling GW to updating my drivers to running the game without virusscan etc. I also contacted GW support but they say that they do not support Vista atm but I think it has nothing to do with my computer because i used to have no lag and err's 7. I'm experiencing this lag since a few weeks now and GW is getting unplayable because i get this lag every few minutes or so.

I'm just throwing this out there, but could lag from the chinese beta server effect the entire guild wars? I don't know much about pings, servers, connections, but is that possible? The lag seemed to pick up right when the beta for china came out.

ok i had the same problems but get this:

when im at my home servers (euro that is) im fine, i mean 250 ping but i dont get frozen or w/e

thing is when i move to id lets say HA id1 , i die!!!

i mean its not lag.. i move a step from 1 lag to the other, like 40k ping easly.. and only in id districts, on home ones its cool....

im about to install again :/
