Default OMG my male ranger changed female

I was playing GW just now bought some skills and a rune for my hero
and then teleported to Kamadan... and then my ranger changed from
male to female! -_- Just look at this pic:

Can I fix this somehow? I'll probabbly end up getting an e-mail back from
GW Support saying they can't do anything about it.
