Default Major lag and error 007

After about April 17, I started to get major lags randomly after rezoning.

To fix the lag problem, I need to rezone about couple times, until I get a green light. I also sometimes get an error 007, after I rezone couple times, trying to get a good connection.
It's fine in some PVE areas where a couple rezones are doable, but it's really annoying when you rezone to a mission or a PVP game, with such lag

Is there something I can do to fix this annoying problem?

Couple of things:

That ping test is not a constant thing. I think the game does a ping test every ten seconds or so without regard to whether you're loading a new area or not.

Are you actually experiencing lag during gameplay, by which I mean your character, and all other characters, seem to stop in place and stand there versus freezing?

Do you use any other programs while playing, like IM programs or voice chat programs like TS or Vent? If so, do you experience issues with them as well?

Yeah, that's exactly what I meant when I said "Major lag". Me, the monsters and the henchies, are freezing on the screen for couple seconds, before you can see any movement again.

No, I don't use any other program that use the network. And the lag problem, only occurs in this game (Playing S.T.A.L.K.E.R. and CS:S online, with no uch problems).

And I uninstalled the game and put it on download (with "-image") for the night, but that didn't help (But I did get a shit load of a smaller .dat file. My old file was 5.81GB and now, it's only 2.69GB in size ). When I now tried to log-in, I still get the random lag.

Man, it's been awhile since I played CS:Source. I should try it again just for old time's sake.

A 2.68GB .dat filesize is actually normal. That's what it should be.

Do you know how to make GW generate a log file? (adding a -diag to the target line on the GW shortcut? If so, post it here as an attachment so I can see what kind of connection you're getting to Anet

Here you go (Removed personal IP and cable connection access numbers, for security reasons).

Silly question time but I think I'm seeing something that makes me curious - Are you playing on the European servers? What country are you playing in?

Playing on European servers, from Israel. Using 5mb cable connection and before the said date, played always with latency from 90 to 230. Now to get that latency, I need to rezone couple times (Like I said before).

And why would that be a silly question? Log clearly shows most of the connections, are to European servers

I kinda was hoping you wouldn't be saying European servers, because a lot of people have been having issues there. Of more concern to me is this part of the log:

Looks like you're getting murdered on times as your packets are routed through asianetcom.net. I think that's where your lag's coming from. Because of that, though, there's nothing you can really do to fix it. Seems to be that it's a latency issue between your ISP and Asianetcom.net

So I should call my ISP and talk about this with them, or is that something that I need to wait for Anet to fix?

And if that helps, I got an update.
I now tried to login again to check the lag situation and for the first time, got 021 error, after the 007 that I got used to:

Is that changes the situation somehow?

Well. After my ISP analyzed my connection for days, they just couldn't find anything wrong with it.
I'm now gonna take a break from playing this laggy game, until this shitty problem will be fixed. I just can't do shit while the latency jumps from 96 to 14k, if I did something stupid, like rezoning from one location to another

How long will it take to Anet to fix the server problems?

If the problem is not on anet's side like flameout suggested but somewhere between your ISP and the anet servers, then there's nothing anet can do about it.
