Default Odd Minimizing Problem

I've been running Guild Wars without one problem whatsover up to around 2 weeks ago, and since then I've been getting an odd minimizing problem occurring.

I will open the game, select a character and begin to play and around 5 mins into the game it will minimize for no reason at all.

Once I un-minimize the game, it runs perfectly thereafter.

I have a good firewall, 3 different spyware scanners, virus scanner, crap cleaner and am brutal in locking down my computer from getting any viruses, keyloggers, trojans, et-al and of course have scoured my system from here to the moon with clean results yet the game still does this quirky minimizing thing every time I start up my game.

I have the newest (non-beta) drivers for my system and can't understand where the problem is coming from. I'm hesitating on contacting GW Support as it's not a huge problem but am wondering if anyone could shed some light on what might be happening and how it might be fixed.

Oh yeah, my computer is a custom-built rig:
AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core 4200+
1024MB RAM
Drives C (50 gig), F (50 gig), G (15 gig) (non-parallell)
NVIDIA GeForce 7600 GS
Windows XP Home SP2

Is it possibly a non-spyware program running that is trying to give itself priority?
I remember there was a HP thing that would do that

yeah, probably another program that is asking too much attantion. It might be spyware but can also be one of the legitimate background programs. Try to unload any background program to see if it helps.
