Guild Wars crashes my whole computer every time I load in to a second city. I will initially load in, then I will go to my guild hall or something, as soon as I would warp somewhere else, it crashes as soon as it starts loading to that second place.

This is the code that came with the windows crash report.

I recently reformatted my computer and it started happening after that. I had the exact system setup before and it worked just fine, but now it doesn't. I also did a RAM test and there are no errors. I also run a few other games on my PC and they all run fine. It is just this.

Can anyone please help me???

After you reformatted your PC did you reinstall all of your drivers, including those for your motherboard chipset?

They are preloaded with it. I reformatted using HP's 'restore to factory default' which puts it to factory condition.

When you say "crash", can you be more specific? Is that crash information from a blue-screen error? Or is it a normal Guild Wars client crash (it normally displays a dialog box with the option to send a report to ArenaNet)?

That's what I came across when looking at your error code. Could be a number of things, but most likely a bad device driver. Guess you could try reinstalling all the drivers on your system. Also, clearing the pagefile, and checking your RAM with memtest86. For conflicts you can view the information found in msinfo32.

When I say crash I mean that windows instantly shuts down and it reboots. I did scan my ram and it said nothing was wrong so i guess its a driver somewhere.....weird though because it is no different than before. TY for the help.
