sorry if i've posted in the wrong section im in a rush i was just wondering if anybody has ever bought a access key off PlayNC before? because i did 2 days ago for factions expansion i already have proph and nf and when i enter the code it says already in use.
i've tried contacting support like they said and all i get is auto response messages that dont help at all or just say they will refer it too another department (theyve said that like 8 times now). have i paid for nothing? ciao |

I'm assuming you're talking about the PlayNC site versus the in-game store? If you bought it in-game, it should automatically link to the account you've logged in under, as that's how I've bought NF and Proph.
If you bought it from the PlayNC site itself, you'll have to wait on them, as there's nothing anyone here can do.
