Default Odd sounds

I have been having a sort of problem with my sound in GW. (Note: I have all the volume of GW sound turned to 0 but I still get this very odd buzzing/hum that increases when I move my character a different direction.)
I have recently figured out that there is some type of relationship between graphics settings and this sound. Whenever I turn AA up or change any other graphics settings to a higher setting the buzzing gets worse. I am lead to believe that it has something to do with having integrated sound card but can anyone else confirm this for me?

System Specs:
Windows : Windows XP x64 Professional Service Pack 2
VGA Card : NVIDIA GeForce 7950 GT
CPU : Intel Duo 2.35Ghz
Ram Memory : 2047 MB
Sound Card : Integrated
Screen(Pixel) : 1600 x 900 (32 bit)
VGA Memory : 512.0 MB
