Default Server Switch? Ip?

I never used to lag like this...and then....

I get horrible constant yellow - red dots, never a green.

I have a 8mb/sec connection from Cox.

for about 3 months i had a constant green dot -.- rarely a yellow.

and then came the event.
even though it is over, i never now see a green.
and now its almost a constant red -.- skipping all over the screen.

did my server ip get switched during the event and it hasn't reset or what?

server 216.107.241.81
average ping 1219ms.

help me?

i live in east USA Virginia Btw

No, there are just some problems with the network. Maybe connecting to int district might help you.

I have the exact same problem. Since the Dragon Festival, I have been constant orange and red on my connection indicator. Trying to play in this weekend was completely futile. They should look into this.

I am on 20mbps and live in Montréal.
