What do you mean "it doesn't enter"?

It doesn't load? It doesn't show the login screen? You can't enter a town?

Similar problem to me here. I've been playing GW fine since release, and fine this last month but after the latest update (the two from 17th July and the one from 20th) I cannot possibly play.

No errors downloading the updates at all, goes into update screen where I can see my cursor flashing in the password box... but the entire screen is flashing grey/white. I even managed to log in and the char select is doing the same; though there are 'boxes' for my character portraits which are kind of white 'frames'.

Since I've been running this fine on max settings for a long time I'm guessing its either a known problem with the patch and my graphics card (running a GeForce 7950) or its downloaded badly. I'll wait til Anet has been back at work for a couple of days since its sunday but if there's been no update to fix this in the next couple of days I'd be interested to know if there's any way to force the client to redownload the patch just in case it did download funnily without completely uninstalling it.

edit: I love it when this happens. Solved with a simple pc reboot
