Default Getting new chassi, need new motherboard? (stupid PSU >_>)

oki so, my PSU is really stupid, it makes lots and lots of noise when i play a game and it, along with my current chassi, doesn't follow any standards so i can't switch it out >_> so i was thinking i'd just get a new chassi and a new psu and put my computer in that instead. question is then, will my current motherboard still work? or will i have to buy a new one of those too?
(computer isn't super amazing or anything but i won't be able to buy a new one anytime soon )

some computer specs i figured could prove usefull, if anything else could be needed i can provide such later

It looks like a microATX motherboard with a 20-pin ATX power supply connector. Most ATX cases should work with that. Make sure your new power supply has a 20+4 pin motherboard connector (the extra 4 pins is detachable so it fits your 20-pin).
