Default FPS and Lag problem

1st Hi all glad to join this big gw community ^^

Well I bought 2 days ago a new computer:

Intel Pentium 4 641, 3200 MHz
Windows Vista Basic 32 bit
Video Adapter Intel(R) 82945G Express Chipset Family (64 MB)
3D Accelerator Intel GMA 950
DirectX 10
Monitor HP vp15 LCD Monitor
512 MB RAM
160GB
1MB c/o

Well installed guild wars, i ran the program but all the times i load a location at 100% my screen turns black and sometimes kicks me to the desktop and after that goes back to the load screen and finally loads the map takes like 1min+. My FPS are at 1-30 and my average ping is always at 1k+ with the little "ray" in the circle, after 5mins my ping is at 100-300 but my avg ping still 1k+

Alrdy Tried:
Reinstalled
Run with Dx8 and "-noshaders"
Play with lowest quality as well vista with low quality
Downloaded all the Background like 1.2GB
Cant use contig because i got a msg that dont let me do it.
Theres no antivirus scan running (AVG btw)
Did a virus scan
I didnt find upgrades for my v-card

I hope its a server problem but anyways im confused with the load screen issue

Oh yeah and 1 more thing i looked at the Task Manager and Guild wars is always at low priority idk if this its ok but i changed to "normal" while i was playing but i still with lag and never takes the 100% of cpu is always under 50% and after i close and run again gw goes bak to low priority

So... any suggestions?

Srry if my english sucks

3D Accelerator Intel GMA 950, is an on borad graphic card. Well.. to make it simple, it's rubbish for playing games. You'll need a proper 3d graphic card, pci-e or agp depend on your motherboard.

You also have 512mb memory, I don't know where you bought your pc from but Vista needs 1gb of memory to work properly. So more memory and a new graphic card will sort you out.

And no, your English is not sucks.

Go back to the place where you got the computer from and slap the salesman silly! How places can get away with selling Vista based systems with only on-board graphics and 512MB of memory these days is beyond me.

If I'd have built that system for a customer, I'd be hanging my head in shame.

Or, like mentioned above. Check to see what cards your computer can take and then invest in a dedicated graphics card and at least another 512MB of memory.

Kinda weird that your avarage ping isn't getting below 1k. Cause I play on a stone-age computer (256 ram, 32 mb vid card xD) and mine is 100-200. But your only option will be to do what Etta & Azagoth said.

Guild Wars isn't running at Low Priority. It only shows as Low Priority when you minimize and bring up the Task Manager, in game it runs at High Priority.
