I dunno tbh you've either got a dodgy GPU or 7fps is all your GPU will give you. If thats the case then you'd be better off bringing it back to the shop.
GW:EN will most likely have higher system req..(prob not by much though) Wait for someone more in the 'know' before doing anything though.
