Default System Recommendations question please help

hi please help me with this people the thing is i bought guild wars factions and nightfall. i spent 74 euros so i dont wanna risk anything. my laptop has the following settings:
DELL Inspiron 8500
Windows XP Professional
Pentium IV 2.4 Ghz
512mb RAM
Direct X 9.0c
Nvidia Geforce4 4200 Go (Dell Mobile)

i have broadband internet conexion and my sound card is of 32 bits. im not really sure though. please help me i dont wanna still the game and realise it doesnt work. i havent opened the game so i can give it back if its not worth it. is it worth it or not?? THANKS

Your current PC is fine to play GW.

It should run the game quite playably. The GeForce 4 4200 Go can't handle the game at higher detail settings or resolutions and with only 512 megabytes of RAM you may find heavily populated town districts a bit choppy.

Shutting down some of the unnecessary background applications Dell computers tend to come with may help with the RAM issue.
