I'd like to upgrade my existing Prophecies to the 1 Million Edition.

However, the in-game store says this upgrade was already purchased.

This is not the case. I, for example, don't have access to the bonus items.

Any ideas on how this might have happened and how to solve this problem?

you might have acess, do /bonus in a town or outpost and see if you get your items.

Tried that, I'm only getting the GWEN Pre-order weapons.

My store says I have already purchased the GW:EN preorder but I didn't and I wanted to but now it won't let me and I don't have access to the sneak peak or any bonus items.

Yes, I only get the GWEN preorder items when I type in /bonus.

Also, I checked which keys I have active on my account and 1 Million Edition isn't one of them (nor any of the items you are supposed to get).

Aha, so the problem might be more widespread than the 1 Million Edition alone.

Have you tried contacting NCSoft support?

Well, the "Million Edition" is called Game of the Year edition in the states I believe, I bought it sometime back from the online store... /bonus gets me all the bonus items because I have the GW:EN pre-order as well.

Maybe then this a new "bug" having to do with the impending expansion release?
