Default Converting My 17in LCD Monitor Into a TV

Ok well hes the situation:
  • I went to town to get a new tv.
  • but insted i spent my money on a 19in windescreen Hannspree LCD Monitor which made gaming so much better.
  • But now im still stuck with my Busted up dodgy and chunky Aiwa tv which sometimes doesn't switch on (its been repaired before, im not going to send it off again).
  • Can I Convert the monitor into a tv, it has a dvi or d-hub ports in it, Are there any conversion boxes out there that can make it possible to use scart and aerial with it?

help (btw Im not being lazy i've checked many places, i just dont know the terminology for this)

Some pc's got a special TV-IN card, where you can put your cable in and then watch tv on your pc. Windows XP media center has got a special program to watch tv and stuff through cable.

Alternatively you can get a VGA TV Tuner Box - google it. KWorld offer some from what I can see. Here's one, for instance. I don't have any experience with them myself.
