Ok, I haven't played GW in around a year or 2, well it feels like that. I know my account name at the beginning but fail to remember my password. I have tried countless times with playNC to get it back but they never do. When I created that account I didn't make a playNC account with it, and if I did I don't even remember doing it. If anyone is having the same problem and could help me out I would really appreciate that alot, I don't wanna waste money to go get a new cd key and throw my good characters down the drain.

Is there anyway for me to get my password by e-mail. I have a playNC account but when I try to put in my cd-key it says it is a invalid key. Is their a way to get my pass. e-mailed straight to me?

I kinda had the same problem with that whole PlayNC account thing too. But I just forgot what the info to the PlayNC account was. I just went through the PlayNC support to get that info back. Though I am sure you can get your password reset and it sent to the email just have all the cd-keys you entered into the account ready, even preorder keys, so you can prove you are the owner of that account.

I had the problem where I didn't remember my master password and it went to an invalid email account. I contacted support via the ticket system and I also called them and it was straightened out pretty easily.

Thx Kuldebar, but I have tried all those sites and still nothing. I didn't register a playNC account when I did that and if I did then I don't remember my master password or username. All I remember is installing GW and then playing away. I have tried adding my cd-key to my new account on playNC but it says it is invalid and I wonder why it says that. I have sent 4-5 tickets with my problems and they give me those responses and nothing else. Lately I am just fed up with their service.

Ok, I tried to reset my pass. with the GW program but when I type in my email I click next and nothing happens then I click next again and it tells me to sign into PlayNC. Does anyone else have this problem?
