Outside of updates, Guild Wars uses very little bandwidth. I'ld say at least 150 hours a month based off 5kB/second.

So long as you don't download any updates or maps you don't have, you get a stream rate of less than 1k a second most times (I tend to get an average 400-600 bytes a second).

Occasionally, that increases, but I've never seen it go above 2k/sec or so.

Comcast allows 600GB a month, and that's not even for company usage, so it's so awesome. Great if your located in the US.

Your right about the no download limit(although het net still has it). But not everybody has the same speed m8. Depends on cable or dsl, wich provider, how much you pay, ect ect. Just like the rest of the world......

I have a 2GB/week and 512MB upload bandwidth cap, but that's because I'm at college and Rutgers requires the bandwidth cap for dorm users. That said, I play about 2 hours of GW a day and find it's about 5MB download and 1.5-2MB up per hour. I don't think you're going to go over, unless you're getting huge amounts of patches OR downloading other large files.

Guild wars and World of Warcraft are about the same (WoW is a little higher though) for just playing the games. You just need to be careful with the updates and try to find how big they are before you download them, one thing I had to do once was to get a friend to burn his gw.dat on to a DVD then just copy that onto your computer, It'll save you a hell of a lot of bandwidth (especially if they -image before copying it).
