Default Screen Freeze

Mid game it occasionally freezes,it then minimizes and I get this message

Error message: STOP 0x000000EA THREAD_STUCK_IN_DEVICE_DRIVER

I have downloaded/installed latest drivers,running card on minimum settings, it only happens with GW,anyone got some advice please?

Running on XP
Graphics card Nvidia GeForce 6200

That might actually be the problem. Nvidia's recent drivers have been really shitty - many people have had their computer freeze and/or BSOD like that in GW:EN with Nvidia cards (including my desktop comp with a GF 7900GS).

Even the driver control panel has been crashing randomly on my computer since driver version v157.xx, and it occasionally doesn't save the changes I've made.

Try some older driver versions, maybe the version 90something drivers. It's not likely the recent versions have added anything for your old card in any case.

Where would I find older version of the drivers ? and thnx, glad it isn't just me!

I use the nVidia 84 drivers. Anything higher seemed buggy with many games.

Nvidia has a driver archive at http://www.nvidia.com/object/winxp-2k_archive.html. Try something around release 80-90 first, I doubt they've added anything new for your card since them.
