Hello,
I've been experiencing an issue where the game will freeze up for 5-15 seconds at a time every 30 seconds or so. I'm still able to move the cursor about, but the menus and controls are unresponsive. After the freeze lets up and I can move the character again I'll predictably get some insane ping like 15,000. While having Windows Task Manager in the background, I'll notice that my CPU usage will drop during these periods.
Down to specifics, this problem was not apparent several weeks ago, up till I upgraded my computer and salvaged only the hard drive from the old rig. I've done rounds with support and tried the -image thing, disabled the firewall, used Contig to defrag the .dat file, bypassed the router and just today exchanged my modem. I'm still getting the same issue. As far as the technical aspects of a computer go I'm fairly ignorant, so could anyone suggest a method to narrow my scope down to the likely factor causing all of this? I'm using Comcast.

its probably just your ISP having some issues happens to most everyone from time to time
