sounds like you are running out of memory, ram. A memory dump occurs at shutdown/restart. If you havn't restarted your comp in a long time the ram does not get to "dump". If you have restarted and still receive this either a: your ram is failing or b: you don't have enough.

You can increase the virtual memory but that is not a good solution to the issue.

If you have a new computer, does that mean you have Windows Vista? If so then 512 ram probably isn't enough to run Vista and Guild Wars.

A memory dump happens when Windows crashes, to provide debugging information. Up at the top of the screen it should list the cause of the crash and then below that it will list the contents of your memory. You should pay attention to the listed cause (write down the STOP error code, which will be a string of hexadecimal values) and work from there.

id say increase virtual memory, how can it not be a good solution....
go to computer properties, advanced, performance settings and increase it by 3 folds of its original size

can you please shorten it into slighty less "difficult" words?
don't really understand some of the words

What he is saying is when you get the blue screen of death, windows will tell you why. A hexadecimal is explained here. It is pretty much a long line of letters and numbers similar to the activation code you used to start your guild wars account. Write it down and look on the windows website help page or google it to find out why your computer is crashing.

It will look like this:

STOP: 0x0000000A

And it should also give the name of the error code in all caps with the words separated by underscores, like this: IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

After you write down the error code, look it up on this page to try and find a solution.
