Default Intel X3100 and GW?

Has anyone played on a laptop with an Intel X3100 card? I primarily use my desktop for playing GW, but would like to play on my laptop when I go home from college for breaks and such. I just want to know if anyone has tried it and if it's doable. I play all but EotN at the moment.

(The laptop I'm going to get has only that card, so please don't say "get another laptop with an ATi or nVidia card". That's not an option. Also, I'm well aware I wouldn't be able to run it at maximum specs; I'd be okay running at minimum, I just want to know what kind of performance I might get.)

I use an Xpress1100 card from Ati. An X3100 is far better. I've been hearing pretty positive things about this card in running GW. I can run at 25fps with glow on, 1024x768, high texture and medium terrain detail. Just tweak the settings and get the right balance between performance and graphics. It will run fine.

My answer is yes. If a GeForce 7200 can run GW than the x1300 should run it too. Unless there's a driver problem. Just dont expect to have all the effects maxed.

The Intel X3100 is a great improvement over their earlier versions. It runs somewhere around the same performance as an ATI mobility x1600.
As with anything but a top of the line chip, it should work fine at the proper GW graphics settings.

Thanks! That makes me feel very good. At least I know when I'm on winter/spring breaks I'll still be able to play.
