Default Account is empty, please help me,im trying to fix this for a long time :\

Hello,
I'm trying to solve this problem for a long time, still the problem remains unsolved. someone told me to post the problem here so maybe people can help me.
Ok, lets begin with this long issue.
2 months ago in September, Someone hacked into my account and changed the pass.
this time im at military school.
I had a vacation on that weekend I came home , and discovered someone changed the password to my account.
Ive reseted the password and logged into the game. I was shocked, Ive found out that my account is empty of games, on my account I had 28 months old account and rank9 with lot of titles and stuff.
I had on my account GW:P , Factions, Nightfall.
I wanted to come back to GW but i couldnt play cuz the account was empty of games.
BTW I cant use my cd-keys whice i bought :\ im trying to insert them for i can gain the games back to my account and it says that they are in use:\
Ive sent mail to ANET with the whole story and my account details + Ive written down my cd keys and so on.. and the problem didnt got solved yet..
today Ive sent an email again with pictures of my disks and my cd keys...
I hope someone here can help me or somthing.

I have heard this happen to a lot of people, believe it or not. I hate to tell you this, but, you are screwed... (on your characters that is). Your rank information may still be tracked with anet, because it is an account tracking thing. As always, if you purchased the cds and you have the keys, you clearly have good screenshots, this should be enough to get anet to get your game accounts back for you. The only time I've ever seen your kind of error is when someone activates a trial key and it expires. This isn't really a technical problem, but you are going to have to continue emailing PlayNC over and over again. They normally address your problems when you are persistent and to the point.

I understand that my character is lost, but , will they get the games back to my account ?:\

Yes, if you don't you will never get it back. Just keep being persistent and sending them proof that you purchased the game. Usually these things are resolved but they are never resolved quickly. It is going to take some time. Good luck to you.

ok the screens are not good does nt prove anything
really you might stloen the games and no keys in them bought them used being dumb or there from another account, showing pictures of the cd means nothing , i think you just think you bought a game from some one and they ripped you off by putting trail keys in the boxxes , the screen of your rank 9 is off too how do we know that screen is part of that account

I would. I have had to deal with PlayNC numerous times. I've noticed that you have to be firm with them and assertive. They normally address your problems after a few interchanges of email. Be persistent, though. You paid for these accounts, and if someone did hack you, you shouldn't have to pay for that. That is a problem that falls directly within their control of resolution.

i couldnt put here the pics where ive pictured the cd-keys in the disks.

lol... don't mind the angry people here in the forums... they need somewhere to spread their negativity... so why not here? lmao... just keep mailing and calling them. They will get the picture that you mean business. Also, I will see if I can scrounge up a trial key or two for you, that way you can at least play for a bit.

ok I'm confused how can you no longer have access to the 3 chapters? Once you've added the chapter CD Keys to your account, they cannot be removed.

Just to test have you tried creating a new character to see if you can create one in Tryia, Canta and Elona? You must have access to something otherwise you wouldn't even be able to log in to see you empty account.

Oh also A.net will NOT restore characters, titles (Which are character based) items, gold, amour, etc.. So don't bother asking about that.

Can you go into more detail about how you have no chapters? Screenshot proof would help.

Also no one here can help you with this issue.

Again... a correction.... some titles are not character based. They are account based. Just like when you ascend with a character and you unlock hard mode (because another character has beaten that campaign. Keep mailing. Unless someone has any better information, please refrain from steering this tread into the negativity of angry teenagers needing to feel superior. Our primary purpose should be to him the person out, not flame them for getting hacked. He cannot create another character because he has no campaigns. And, he did provide screenshots, which is enough for me to accept what is going on. Normally, people do not attempt to dupe PlayNC into giving them free accounts by emailing them and asking nicely. Unless, plaync is doing that... and if they are... they will be getting numerous kind emails from me and all my friends.

Ok right I can see, seems like A.net have disabled functions of your account it seems. What about if you go to the account info section does it list the chapters there?

Again you WILL need to go to A.net / NCSoft support nevertheless.

there is a big difference between email and an official support ticket.

have you submitted an official support ticket and most importantly gotten a case number response from them that includes an update information link to that support ticket.

Gaile stated some time ago that unless you click the right button you have not sent in the request you thought you had submitted.

the first thing an official ticket will ask for is that you send them the keys on the account using that included support update link.

skip that firm agressive crap as it does not work at all.

the person you send it to did not cause your problem and is trying to help.

why take a strip off their hide for helping you?

i have always gotten fast good help.

have you scanned for keyloggers/junk?

Looking at the screenshots provided-
Did you make an (additional) account at some point using a trial key?
Are you CERTAIN you are using the correct login?
The screens lead me to believe that you are not logged in with the correct email for your acct.
Click where it says manage access keys and screenshot what it says has been purchased for that acct-
If all else fails, you have the original cd key (paper thing) so you should be vindicated eventually. . .

^ My thoughts exactly.

I know I have a few accounts from the preview weekends that would look like this nowadays. Did you happen to confuse which e-mail address you used for a preview/trial with the one for your main account?

no i did not got confused. im using the right email for my account and i wasnt creating any trial account ...
mm ive also gave up there screenshot of what happens when im trying to enter my cd keys..

you'll need proof that you own the keys to the account so take pictures of the cards with the keys on. you dont have to expose the keys, just put em face down so you see the back of the card.

as well as that you should write your username or email address (preferably) on a piece of paper/whatever and put it in the photograph to prove that it was you who took the photo/owns the games
