Feeling the same here, had a lot of crap just to get my internet to stay up a few months ago, they wasted a lot of time and still believed it was my problem not theirs..then magically one day!..

tru bori, well, at least we are not with sky, cos their broadband is just appaling, used to have it, took 3 months to get them to even install it, and they wudnt let us cancel until they had installed =/

I had a peak at WoW forums a mo ago and there doesn't seem to be anybody complaining about the issue, nothing on the website either - but yes I'd be pretty peeved if I was paying for something I couldn't play

Most likely not, not able to use phones but my dad rang up and he had to laugh at their comments when it was plain as day our set up was fine and even pinged their server to show it was down....since then its been mostly downtime, incredible lag of up to 100k but somehow still progress and talk to my friends on gw..who I'm bloody missing after a day :s

Get your dad to ring up cos when we had really bad latency issues for around 6-8 months with them they agreed to reduce our montly bill and give us a one off payment until the issue was resolved. Push them hard enough they always give compensation out, they don't want to risk looking any more custom than they already have
