The most annoying thing is I'm having to use HOTMAIL for my dam emails because I cannot reach www.gmail.com :/

Update.

Engineers have identified the issue and are working on a fix. The resolution time may fall outside the 4 hour timeframe mainly due to my tardiness in providing the login server details.

Again I'd like to reiterate that with the exception of the first line tech support person I spoke to, everyone else at VM has been fantastic. Helpful, friendly, polite and have got on with their jobs.

must say in defence of VM, my friend had to call the 25p min line a few weeks ago to resolve a modem problem, he kept his cool and they refunded the call charge for him, so they aren't always useless, although the modem thing was their fault..

Same issue here it's 8:25pm I can't get on Guild Wars, Err:058 and I can't get on the guildwars site. In the UK and have Virgin ;(
