You can tell this is an English problem.
Everyone is complaining about how shoddy the ISP is etc, yet no one (bar one person) has done anything.

That is because this is Virgin we are talking about. After half an hour of being passed around, they will tell me that it's a problem with my pc..and probably ask for some more money!

I've been asked to post this.

Virgin Media have now recognised the issue.

There is currently an issue with the servers in Germany that handle this routing information. Engineers are working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible and this is to be considered either a Priority 1 (4 hour fix) or priority 2 (8 hour fix).

Virgin Media considers this a critical issue as Online games such as Guildwars are played by a considerable number of their clients, as such it is imperative that such services are available.

This issue will shortly be added to the status page at http://status-cable.virginmedia.com/vmstatus/summary.do where you will be able to find updated information.

Virgin Media apologise for the inconvenience.

An odd thing about it, you can -image of them perfectly fine, I guess those files go a different way or something.
Get -imageing for BMP I guess...

It is only the login servers that are the issue. Working on finding the IP's now to the login servers so that they can be resolved correctly.

Contacting NCsoft in Texas, getting the Login server IP's. Some progress has been made.

For anyone on VM checking the status page the ref number is f000604448
