Disconnecting friends list
All morning my friends list has kept disconnecting! I have to sign into it continuously! Could it be my connection that is stuffing up or a bug?
(This has never happened before) |

 From what I've seen, any network interruption between your PC and ANET's servers cause the friends list to disconnect. Your character's login session seems to have built-in recovery, but your friends-server connection drops regardless. It's kinda funny that it works this way, but that's what I've observed... |

it's a connection issue- I also get this if I load GW on a second machine and it auto-connects to my primary account before I can stop it.

Some of my european friends have been having the same problems for a few months now. Apparently there is nothing you can do on your end. It's in Anet's hands unfortunately.

I was having the same problem around a year ago, and it was very frustrating. Since then I've changed internet provider and now I don't get disconnected from the friends list every 10 minutes.
I'd ask your internet provider or support whether there is something you can do about it or not. I think my problem was related to DNS issues, but not sure. Wish I could help you more.
