Default GWEN trial key

so i signed in today to see a button for a free trial key but when i click it nothing happens?

It should open up an alternate window to the Guild Wars website with the trial key available for you to write down/type into the key section under your account options. The trial will be added to your account through that. Note, that doesn't mean you get to spend 5 hours in GW:EN, but the next 5 hours you play, counts towards the trial. Doesn't matter if you play 5 hours of GW:EN, or 5 hours of Factions, it counts one in the same.
