Default FPS issues

Recently I was forced to overhaul a large portion of my laptop. the motherboard, CPU, RAM, and cooling units were all replaced.

However since it's recovery the Guild Wars (and other games) have been running very poorly, before the repairs I was able to run guild wars nearly maxed out graphically with good FPS, usually 30 or better. Now no matter what I try Guild Wars only runs at an unplayable 6-8 FPS. Even bottoming out the graphics dosen't seem to affect it. I've tried everything I can think of; defragmenting both the GW dat file and my hardrive, disabling background programs, updating drivers, nothing works.

I've experienced no graphical anomolies, no artifacts, nothing looks wrong with the game other than the abissmal performance.

My laptop is a Dell XPS M1210
it has a NVidia GeForce Go 7400, 2G RAM and an Intel Core2 Duo T7200 @ 2.00 GHz

Please help me! I'm reaching my wits end!

Try downloading the drivers directly from nVidia.com
