A more specific explanation of the error or a screenshot would help alot.

im not sure how to post a picture of the log in screen but this is what it says,

" Guildwars was unable to find the server address because a DNS (Domain Name server) request failed ".

" Please try again, etc... (code =26)"

Code=026 "DNS name lookup failure."
Mis-configured network setting or network interference, specifically a DNS problem.

The network error message you are reporting, Code= 026 (NET_ERR_NAME_LOOKUP_FAILED), is indicative of a mis-configured network setting or network interference, specifically a DNS problem. If you receive this error, please verify that you can browse to a website. Make sure to test a website that is frequently updated to ensure that you are not viewing a locally cached version of the page. If you cannot load the website please contact your Internet service provider.

So basically if GW is reporting a DNS error more often than not you wouldn't be able to surf to any website either. Check that your internet connection is indeed connected/up and running. Since you are browsing guru, I'd say that your internet provider is having intermittent problems currently affecting you.
