I have the Q6600 as well.
It's running on a P5KC motherboard.(http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813131188) This particular one has support for ATI's CrossFire technology. Supports both DDR2 and DDR3 RAM types as well should you want to use DDR2 now since it's cheap and maybe get DDR3 later.
