Yeah I'm in a similiar situation, I have everything downloaded I just need the admin password to install ProxyCap, but I have someone getting that for me, also, I would be very grateful if you could post some of these advanced proxy package sites. Again, thanks.

Well at the moment i use Your-Freedom Basic which is 256 kbit/s for €10.00 a quarter.

I only really need it for ventrilo which doesnt take up much bandwidth, the ping i get is awesome considering its done through a proxy, usually about 60ms, so id imagine it would work fine for Guild Wars aswel, just make sure you set Java as high priority in task manager and make sure you pick a decent server and it wont ever lag.

You can avoid needing proxycap by using the OpenVPN option in the ports area of Your-Freedom.
