Help
i played the 10 hour free game so i got factions from the online shop but when i put in the key i get code 103 is this the wrong game for playing onward from the free game. if so now what do i do

If you bought Factions from the on-line shop, the "key" would be automatically added to your account. Did you start a new account for Factions or did you add it to the trial account?
In any case, code 103 is "CD key in use". You can't re-enter the trial code. You should be able to access Factions though. |

thanks for help all sorted. but got wrong game need to find out what game to get so i can carry on with the game i was playing
