Just an FYI: it is stupid expensive to custom build a laptop.

I can say that laptop will run GW at max settings. There are no system req info out for GW2. As such noone can say for sure if that will run it on max settings, altho I suspect It may be able to.

More food for thought: Best B is the devil and I would not spend any money in there store unless I had no other choice.

Look on Newegg, or tiger direct. I personally love newegg they have beyond excellent customer service.

maybe this:http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16834147749

I love Hp monitors for the money I think they rock. This includes laptops.

^ Win. At 1,400 dollar price window, you have TONS of options. ASUS makes great notebooks.

My thoughts save a couple bucks and by the time GW 2 comes out you will be looking again for another

http://www.bestbuy.com/site/olspage....2180121 94815

I like this one in fact I bought it and it runs GW at 60FPS (not max settings)

New egg has there same type model on sale right now

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16834147793

Plus - Blue Ray / large hard drive / HDMI (stream movies to your TV it is awesome) / 17” screen / Full keyboard / quite / not hot at least playing GW

Negatives – battery drains quick while playing / bigger and heavy compared to others

I don't see any problems with the OPs original choice.

Zamial's pick is almost the same but has a 9600M instead of a 9700M

Rahja's has a slighly faster cpu, but a smaller screen and smaller hard drive.

Both of Painbringer's suggestions have only a 9600M

4GB Shared Dual Channel DDR2 SDRAM at 667MHz (2 Dimms)
Size: 320GB 5400rpm SATA Hard Drive
256MB NVIDIA® GeForce® 8600M GT (the real question is if this can run gw well)

The 8600m GT is a good card and will run GW max. But, despite what people think, the 9600m and 9700m GT cards are not the same card. They have many improvements, but are based on the same architecture.
