Default New rig, do i need to change anything?

Hey again,
I posted a few months backing asking about buying a new computer. Since new egg doesnt ship to Australia, i was looking for a new site and have found one.

Here are the specs of my new rig

Case: 1 x Antec Three Hundred Midi-Tower Gaming Case, Black - No PSU

Power Supplie: 1 x Tagan 700W TG700-U33 2Force-II Power Supply - PCI-E 6+2pin Connector, Thermal Control Fan

Motherboard: 1 x ASUS P5Q Deluxe
LGA775, P45, 1600FSB, 2x PCI-Ex16 v2.0, PCI-Ex16 (x4), 8x SATA-II, eSATA, RAID, 8Chl, Firewire, ATX

CPUs | Processor: 1 x Core 2 Quad Q9550 (2.83GHz) - LGA775, 12MB Cache, 1333FSB

Memory - RAM: 1 x 4096MB (2 x 2048MB) PC2-6400 800MHz DDR2 RAM (Dual Channel)

Hard Drives - Internal: 1 x 500GB 7200rpm Serial ATA-II-300 HDD

CD/DVD/Floppy Drive: 1 x 22x DVD+-RW Dual Layer DVD Burner w. Nero Burning Software - SATA

Video Card: 1 x ASUS GeForce 9800GTX+ - 512MB DDR3
256-bit, 2x DVI, HDTV, HDCP - PCI-Ex16 v2.0 (738MHz, 2.2GHz) - Dark Knight Edition

Thats about $2100
+my keybaord (Saitek Cyborg) which was $107. should be arriving any day now

So do i need to change anything or is it fine as it is. My budget is probably around $2300

I don't think you "need" to change anything, but you'll probably get people telling you you should change this or that.

It'll run GW easy that's for sure.
If I were you (bearing in mind I'm an enthusiast) I'd get a different PSU and Graphics card. 700W is a bit much to power all that - a 620W Corsair HX would've been sufficient. Also, I'd have gone for an ATI HD 4850 or 4870 for a graphics card.
Also, there's no need for that CPU if you're not going to want to overclock. And even if you're gonna overclock, a Q6600 will suffice.
