sounds like a good price, but personally i would change the ATi cards for nvidia ones, as i have experienced problems with the radeon 4000 series.
the nvidia GTS/GTX series seem more reliable all round. but this is down to personal preference i guess.

Are you buying pre-built? Depending on the Monitor situation I would drop the 2 4830s and get just one of a better video card - 4870 1GB or perhaps even a 4890 on sale would equal the cost of 2 4830s.... if you game at 1680x1050 or lower I would do that myself. Other than that it looks good, although the PSU may not give you very much room for upgrades in the future.

i agree with the comment about the PSU. go for at least 600W. OCZ do some very nice 600/650W PSU's for a good price.

and what sort of games are you going to be playing? because unless you are going to be doing some very heavy duty gaming, i would say the SLI is not needed. go for one slightly more powerful card instead.
