Default PSU and GPU

Hi,
I'm buying a new pc next week and i've got almost all the parts picked out, this computer will be used for gaming and school,... My monitor is 1920*1080.

mobo: Asrock P55 deluxe 3
cpu: I5 750
HDD: samsung spinpoint f3 1tb
Ram: 2*2gb DDR3 1333mhz corsair
case: cm690II

I was thinking of putting an hd 5770 in there, i want to play cod 4 maxed out and guild wars maxed out, other games around medium will be fine. Is this a good choise?

Now for the psu, I was looking arround on the store where i will buy the pc and came to this: Seasonic S12II Bronze 520W. Will this psu be able to handle the system? Even when I put in a seccond hd 5770 and oc the pcu to about 3.5ghz?

thnx

Yes, the 520W is more than enough. For 2? Maybe... I'd recommend a 600-700w though, as it gives you more room for dual card solutions should you want to go that route in the future.

I'd highly recommend this GPU over the 5770 though...

The GTX 460 may cost a little bit more, but it's well worth the performance boost. You'd be getting something between the 5830 and 5850, for the 5830 price.

Coolermaster makes very good PSUs. Can't go wrong with them.

I see you live in Belgium, silly me. I would recommend waiting for the GTX460, as it is currently the card to get for a midrange system. It's well worth the extra money.

Most likely within the next week or 2. nVidia has been better about European launches and availability with Fermi.

yeah, that coolermaster gx650 is a quality product - While I don't disagree with Sojar (he's too much smarter than me) on the GTX460 being the best card to get for a midrange gaming computer right now, I do want to point out that you don't need that good of a card for GW1 (or GW2) and COD4...... Of course if you aren't on a strict budget the $50-70 more for the better card is assuredly worth it.

I have the same cpu paired up with a radeon 5770 and i play COD4 (and guild wars) maxed out with ease. I have an acer monitor at a 1920*1080 resolution. I even tried Crysis, and it worked perfectly with everything set to gamer settings. It struggled a bit with all settings maxed out, but overall it's a monster of a card for the price.

You could spend the money you save on a stronger psu, which would allow you to oc your system and put in a second 5770 without worries. They scale very well in cfx btw.
