Default Rebuilding broken PC.

Afternoon people =)

A few years ago i used to play GWs then moved onto WoW, then realised it was time for that long break from Mmo's and Gaming itself, i havent played a PC game for about 2 years now, my pc has been broke for about 6 months and im looking to rebuild it, Due to Bad temper issues the pc got pretty messed up, threw about a bit and im not 100% the peices i have left even work ....

I'm looking to start up my old GW chars and later by GW2 im currently playing starcraft 2 on my bros pc and have started to miss mine.

I forgot more than i know about PC's, its pretty much all letters n numbers to me now, but im ganna take on the challange of rebuilding it with help from you lot

Heres what i have:
Intel Core Duo 3.0
Seagate Barracuda 7200 - 320 gig
Geforce 8800 GTS - possibly Broke :/
Cruscial Ballistix 1Gig (x4)
OCZ Stealth Xstream 600W PSU.

So heres what i need -

Motherboard:
The Oil stuff that goes on the CPU/Fan?

I dont have that much money but want to the motherboard to be simular Stats with the rest of the PC, ive had a look around n found this -

The tower id up to you and your personal tastes - any decent mid tower should work for you. Your CPU is socket LGA 775 so the motherboard you picked won't work with it.
Arctic Silver Five is the best thermal paste on the market imo.

Didn't know there was an Arctic Silver 6 - couldn't find it on a newegg search either. All I know is that Artic Silver 5 is smooth and creamy and spreads just like butter...

Cheers for advise you two =) i jus bought my motherboard and case, i got arctic silver 5 ... they didnt have matrix on ebuyer, but im not really fussed about that lol =) coming in two days, il let u know how i get on =)
